Cheese lovers, Meat lovers, Veggie Lovers……Pizza Lovers!

Who likes this food pyramid better than the regular one?

I do!

It’s one of those universal dishes that everyone across most cultures would instantly know and love. Born in Italy, it was in 1889 that famous pizza chef Raffale Esposito created the pizza as we know it for the Queen Margherita. His initial use of tomato, basil and cheese on the pizza was to represent the colours of the Italian flag.

If you love a good pizza then you’ll have to try this great little gourmet pizza place me and my friends visited, its located in the beautiful GPO building in Martin place in the heart of the Sydney City. GPO Pizza By Wood is one of the bar and restaurants located inside specializing in wood fired pizzas with all your favourite toppings.

From the wide rage we ordered three different ones to share and loved every bit of it with the crisp crust, fresh ingredients and a great environment it’s a great way to catch up with friends.
